My cushion arrived and I’m thrilled with it! It fits perfectly! Ivan and team were extremely helpful , from the measuring process to choosing fabrics. They even suggested adding ties to the cushion and did so without any extra charge. Through the use of photos they were able to calculate where to put the ties too. I’d happily use them again. Our porch swing is sentimental to us because it is one of the first seats that my guy sat on when he was a little baby coming home from the hospital with his new mother. Now a man with grown children himself, the swing has been recently refurbished. We wanted to honor it with a special cushion. Cottoned Shop’s cushion is a perfect fit. We love sitting on it in the mornings and having our coffee together. It is expertly crafted and stands apart from the ones you can find in the stores around town.
I suggest purchasing the swatches of different material and colors. We were surprised with how different it seemed from holding it in your hand as opposed to viewing it on the computer monitor. We made different choices than we would have and are happier because of having the samples.
It was the first time I purchased something customized online from someone so far away (we live in California). My entire correspondence with Ivan via email was smooth sailing. He answered all of our questions and gave us time and space. His product parallels no other in quality so it was more about us understanding what we wanted.
