Everything about these pillows is just right for me! Ivan and his shop were very easy to communicate with. I ordered two in a custom size, a little shorter in height, and the dimensions are just what I ordered. When I opened the package, the organic smell was very nice. I am allergic to chemicals, and appreciate organic products. The pillows are very firm, which I like. I had a neck injury long ago, and arthritis in my neck now.
