Perfect, perfect, perfect!! I am amazed that the incredible team were able to decipher my chicken scratch measurements into the absolute perfect cushions for my chairs! We got a bespoke table that is too high for the chairs we bought…we were at a loss of what to do, I got in touch with Yana, explained that I needed cushions that were thicker than the average chair cushion, she said no problem, send us the measurements and we can do it. Once again, their products are impeccable and now we can all sit at the table like grown ups!
Communication is the best, there was a little shipping glitch with the global pandemic, I mean who wasn’t affected, but Yana was letting me know the status of shipping on a regular basis. She was wonderful as always. They are simply the best at what they do! Thank you all

I have not received my order yet because the international shipping process takes some time, but I want to make sure I do not miss the review window. If the quality is half as good as the customer service, CottonShop will earn its FIVE STARS for sure! I can not say enough good things about Ivan’s customer service. The communication throughout the process was top-notch. He answered all of my questions (and I had a lot), responded within hours despite the time difference, and openly communicated about shipping delays due to COVID. I even had to adjust a measurement after submitting my order and he responded with a simple no problem! Highly recommended!!! (I will add a picture if I am able to update this review once my items arrive.)
