We just got our cushion and love it. Great quality and great customer service. We originally ordered an 84” dark grey custom cushion for our window seat. The team was very responsive in answering all of our questions and offered to send free samples. When we received the item, it was the wrong color due to a mix up on their part. They were very courteous and took care of the situation with urgency. Ivan also expressed shipped the replacement cushion. We are very happy and would shop again.
