We use registered mail and packages require a signature upon delivery.<\/p>\n<p>All countries are shipped on DDP (delivery duty paid) basis, so taxes and duties are included in the final price and you will receive the package at your door, you will not need to clear it from customs.<\/p>\n<h4>What is the shipping time?<\/h4>\n<p>VERZENDTIJDEN WORDEN NIET GEGARANDEERD. Als je je artikelen voor een bepaalde datum nodig hebt, moeten we een extra bedrag vragen voor diensten als UPS, DHL, FedEx, enz. Wees geduldig, vertragingen zijn mogelijk, maar National Posts zijn zeer betrouwbaar en we hebben nog nooit een pakket verloren van de duizenden die we hebben verzonden.<\/p>\n<p>Standard delivery time for international packages is 2-4 weeks, depending on your location. Priority shipping is available at an additional cost.<br \/>\nSome approximate delivery times:<br \/>\n- VS vasteland (vervoerder is USPS) - 3 weken<br \/>\n- VS (Hawa\u00ef) - 4-5 weken<br \/>\n- Canada (Canada post) - 3 weken<br \/>\n- Australi\u00eb (Australische post) - 3 weken<br \/>\n- Europese Unie - 2 weken<br \/>\nBad weather conditions (especially in winter) and National Holidays may lead to some delay.<\/p>\n<h4>Tracking your package<\/h4>\n<p>Je kunt elk pakket volgen op www.track-trace.com<\/p>\n<p>In de eerste paar dagen tot een week zie je een van de volgende updates op de tracking - \"Bestelling wordt klaargemaakt voor verzending\", \"Verwerkt door faciliteit\", \"Plaats artikel in zak\", \"Ontvangst artikel bij wisselkantoor\".<\/p>\n<p>All of these updates mean that your package has LEFT Bulgaria on the shown date.<\/p>\n<p>The next update will become available only after the package enters your country, no updates in the meanwhile (5-15 days, depending on your country and size of order)<\/p>\n<p>You may contact us if your package has not entered your country in 25-30 days. We cannot speed up the delivery, but we can issue an official query to the post to try to locate the package.<\/p>\n<p>Lost packages are extremely rare.<\/p>\n<h4>Retourneren en ruilen<\/h4>\n<p>- Als u niet helemaal tevreden bent met uw aankoop of een artikel wilt retourneren, neem dan contact met ons op. Alle retourzendingen moeten vooraf worden goedgekeurd door Cottoned. Aangepaste en gebruikte artikelen kunnen niet worden geretourneerd.<\/p>\n<p>- Als je artikel is aangekomen zoals beschreven en zonder fabricagefouten of vergissingen (er is een andere stof gebruikt, er is een verkeerd ontwerp toegepast, meer dan 5% afwijking in lengte of breedte), kun je een verzoek tot retournering indienen voor een artikel dat niet op maat is gemaakt binnen de eerste 2 weken na levering. Artikelen moeten binnen 30 dagen na levering worden teruggestuurd. Restituties zijn exclusief platform- en betalingskosten en kunnen dus oplopen tot 82% van de waarde van de bestelling.<\/p>\n<p>- Als je artikel een fabricagefout of -fout (zoals hierboven vermeld) bevat, maken en verzenden we een nieuw artikel of betalen we het volledige aankoopbedrag terug.<\/p>\n<h4>Kan ik als cadeau bestellen?<\/h4>\n<p>Ja, dat kan, maar stuur ons een bericht voordat je koopt.<\/p>\n<h4>Can I return a product?<\/h4>\n<p>If your item is approved for return, please declare the value at under $15 otherwise customs taxes apply even though this is not a purchase but a return. If import fees are charged, they will be deducted from your refund amount. Returned items must be in their initial condition.<\/p>\n<p>European returns<br \/>\nEuropean customers can use courier company DPD to return packages, including mattresses, at a very low price, usually around 30-40 euro.
