All returns must be pre-approved by Cottoned. Custom and used items are not returnable.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 If your item arrived as described and without manufacturing defects or mistakes (Different fabric was used, Wrong design was implemented, More than 5% deviation in length or width), you may request a return for a non-custom item within the first 2 weeks after delivery. Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Refunds exclude platform and payment fees, and thus can be up to 82% of the order value.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or mistake (listed above) we will make and send a new item or issue a full refund for that item.<\/p>\n<h4 data-region=\"faq-question-text\">Niet-levering<\/h4>\n<p data-region=\"faq-answer-text\">Als je artikel niet wordt afgeleverd vanwege een onvolledig, onleesbaar of onjuist adres, geadresseerde niet op het adres (onbekend, verhuisd of overleden), niet opgehaalde of geweigerde post - kan het artikel op jouw kosten opnieuw worden verzonden, waarbij een factuur wordt uitgeschreven voor de retourverzendkosten. Als je een artikel dat niet op maat is gemaakt niet opnieuw wilt laten verzenden, kunnen we een gedeeltelijke restitutie geven, exclusief platform- en betalingskosten en retourverzendkosten, en de restitutie kan dan maximaal 82% van de waarde van het artikel zijn.
