- Hvis varen din ankom som beskrevet og uten produksjonsfeil eller feil (annet stoff ble brukt, feil design ble implementert, mer enn 5% avvik i lengde eller bredde), kan du be om retur for en ikke-kundetilpasset vare innen de f\u00f8rste 2 ukene etter levering. Hvis varen ikke blir levert p\u00e5 grunn av ufullstendig, uleselig eller feil adresse, adressaten ikke er p\u00e5 adressen (ukjent, flyttet eller avd\u00f8d); Post ikke hentet eller nektet - varen kan sendes p\u00e5 nytt p\u00e5 din bekostning, og utstede en faktura for returfraktkostnaden.
