How do you ship orders?<\/h4>\n

Tutti gli ordini saranno spediti tramite il servizio postale bulgaro (se non diversamente richiesto) in collaborazione con le poste nazionali del vostro paese. Utilizziamo la posta raccomandata e i pacchi richiedono una firma alla consegna.<\/p>\n

Tutti i paesi sono spediti su base DDP (delivery duty paid), quindi le tasse e i dazi sono inclusi nel prezzo finale e riceverete il pacco a casa vostra, non dovrete sdoganarlo.<\/p>\n

Quali sono i tempi di spedizione?<\/h4>\n

I TEMPI DI SPEDIZIONE NON SONO GARANTITI. Se avete bisogno dei vostri articoli prima di una certa data, dovremo richiedere un supplemento per servizi come UPS, DHL, FedEx, ecc. Siate pazienti, i ritardi sono possibili, ma le poste nazionali sono molto affidabili e non abbiamo mai avuto un pacco perso tra le migliaia che abbiamo spedito.<\/p>\n

I tempi di consegna standard per i pacchi internazionali sono di 2-4 settimane, a seconda della localit\u00e0. La spedizione prioritaria \u00e8 disponibile a un costo aggiuntivo.
\nAlcuni tempi di consegna approssimativi:
\n- USA continentale (il corriere \u00e8 USPS) - 3 settimane
\n- USA (Hawaii) - 4-5 settimane
\n- Canada (Canada post) - 3 settimane
\n- Australia (Australian post) - 3 settimane

\nLe condizioni meteorologiche avverse (soprattutto in inverno) e le festivit\u00e0 nazionali possono causare ritardi.<\/p>\n

Tracciabilit\u00e0 del pacco<\/h4>\n

\u00c8 possibile rintracciare qualsiasi pacco su www.track-trace.com<\/p>\n

In the first few days to a week, you will see one of the following updates on the tracking – “Preparing order for shipment”, “Processed Through Facility”, “Insert item into bag”, “Receive item at office of exchange”.<\/p>\n

Potete contattarci se il vostro pacco non \u00e8 entrato nel vostro paese dopo 25-30 giorni. Non possiamo accelerare la consegna, ma possiamo inviare una richiesta ufficiale alla posta per cercare di localizzare il pacco.<\/p>\n

I pacchi smarriti sono estremamente rari.<\/p>\n

Returns and Exchanges<\/h4>\n

– If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or wish to return an item, please, contact us. All returns must be pre-approved by Cottoned. Custom and used items are not returnable.<\/p>\n

– If your item arrived as described and without manufacturing defects or mistakes (Different fabric was used, Wrong design was implemented, More than 5% deviation in length or width), you may request a return for a non-custom item within the first 2 weeks after delivery. Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Refunds exclude platform and payment fees, and thus can be up to 82% of the order value.<\/p>\n

– If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or mistake (listed above) we will make and send a new item or issue a full refund for that item.<\/p>\n

Can I order as a gift?<\/h4>\n

Yes, you can but please send us a message before purchasing.<\/p>\n

Can I return a product?<\/h4>\n

If your item is approved for return, please declare the value at under $15 otherwise customs taxes apply even though this is not a purchase but a return. If import fees are charged, they will be deducted from your refund amount. Returned items must be in their initial condition.<\/p>\n

European returns
\nEuropean customers can use courier company DPD to return packages, including mattresses, at a very low price, usually around 30-40 euro. Request pick up from your door, details at www.dpd.com<\/p>\n
